Refund Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover them.
If your order arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
